These terms and conditions govern the use of the pet food Gift Card issued by Right Start Pet Food.

By purchasing, accepting, or using the Gift Card, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Please read this Agreement carefully before using the Gift Card.

1. Gift Card Description:

• The Gift Card is a prepaid electronic voucher that can be used to purchase pet food or pet products exclusively from Right Start Pet Food's online store.
• The Gift Card has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of credit.
• The Gift Card is valid for a specified period as indicated on the card or accompanying documentation.

2. Redemption and Use:

• The Gift Card can only be redeemed on the Right Start Pet Food online store (website or mobile application).
• The Gift Card can be used to purchase pet food products up to the available balance on the card.
• If the purchase exceeds the available balance, the Cardholder must pay the remaining amount using an accepted payment method.
• The Gift Card cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated by Right Start Pet Food.
• The Cardholder is solely responsible for keeping the Gift Card details confidential and secure. The Issuer is not liable for any unauthorised use or loss of value due to Cardholder negligence or theft.

3. Limitations and Exclusions:

• The Gift Card cannot be used to pay for shipping, taxes, or any additional fees associated with the purchase.
• The Gift Card cannot be used for subscription-based services unless explicitly permitted by Right Start Pet Food.
• The Gift Card cannot be resold, transferred, or exchanged for cash or any other gift card.
• The Issuer reserves the right to cancel, void, or refuse to honour any Gift Card that has been obtained fraudulently or in violation of this Agreement.

5. Expiration and Termination:

• The Gift Card will expire upon the expiration date specified on the card or accompanying documentation.
• Once the Gift Card has expired, any remaining balance will be forfeited, and the card will no longer be valid for use.
• Right Start Pet Food reserves the right to terminate or modify the terms of the Gift Card program at any time without prior notice.

6. Severability:

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.

By using the Gift Card, the Cardholder acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions. Right Start Pet Food reserves the right to amend or modify this Agreement
